*Air travel to and from the USA – Attendance fee does not include airfare costs to and from the US.

Airfare cost is the responsibility of the attending team/organization. ABE believes attending organizations are better able to work within their current structure to purchase round trip airfare, as well as to attend to passport requirements and possible ticket changes that may occur while in the US.  International teams should seek arrival and departures into any of the following US international airports which provide the best ticket pricing to their organization:

New York City metropolitan area; JFK International or LaGuardia International airports

Newark NJ – Liberty International

Philadelphia PA – Philadelphia International

Washington DC – Dulles International or Baltimore Washington International

ABE will help any team organization in recommending a US travel agency with its purchase of round trip airfare into and out of the US if necessary.
